Dues & Fees for Lake Chateau in Pensacola, FL
Dues for Lake Chateau are $1,920 annually. These fees cover several important items at the complex including the association management, grounds keeping, insurance, water/sewer, trash disposal, and more. The association membership is mandatory for each home owner, not voluntary, and ensures the proper upkeep of the association and grounds.

If you are currently behind on your dues, please contact Larry Kuhn to make a payment plan to avoid being sent to the attorney. Although we do not like to send home owners to collections, we want to keep the integrity of the community high and can not do that without your timely payments.
